Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Personal preference
  • Color variation due to screen settings
  • Ordering the wrong product


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us while deliveryman is present at your location with clear photos and your order details.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.


Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • The ordered item is unavailable after payment has been received.
  • A damaged or incorrect item cannot be replaced.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
